Old Dominion Freight Line Announces "At-The-Market" Offering

THOMASVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (NASDAQ: ODFL) announced today that it has filed a prospectus supplement under which it may from time to time over the next twelve months sell shares of its common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $100 million through an "at-the-market" offering program. The shares would be offered through Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, as sales agent and/or principal.

Sales of the shares, if any, would be made by means of ordinary brokers' transactions on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, in privately negotiated transactions, or otherwise at market prices prevailing at the time of sale.
